"Tatneft gas station the Center" provides top management with the mobile solution

On November 12, 2013 the company Tatintec announced implementation of mobile application iSelf for EDMS "CASE" in Tatneft gas station Center LLC.

Project Tasks

In August, 2000 system implementation of electronic document management "CASE", the developed Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company, in executive office of JSC Tatneft and management Tatasuneft began. Later, in March, 2001, exchange of documents by e-mail with central office of the company was organized.

System implementation proceeded in divisions of JSC Tatneft – by 2004 the holding, including remote divisions in Moscow, Kiev, St. Petersburg, Nizhnekamsk and Almetyevsk, almost completely passed to paperless document flow.

In 2013 preparation, setup and testing of mobile applications for remote work of the management of divisions in began EDMS "CASE" with tablets Apple iPad as the guide of the Customer in the majority purchased them.

Project Objectives

• Organize remote work with documents of heads Tatneft gas station Center of LLC using installation of mobile application for already operated EDMS "CASE", provide to heads access to necessary documents during their stay out of a workplace (in a business trip, in way). Due to use of mobile application to avoid delays of solutions of the guide to urgent questions, to strengthen control over their execution.

Project Progress

In June, 2013 the company "Tatintec" held the presentation of mobile solutions for remote work with EDMS "CASE" for company executives Tatneft gas station Center of LLC. According to the results of the presentation the decision - to test the application iSelf for the mobile device is made iPad. Based on test operation the decision on purchase of licenses of mobile application is made iSelf for EDMS "CASE".

By November 12, 2013 the server license and 4 jobs purchased. The license on additional four - in a stage of an execution of agreements will also be set in the nearest future. After installation of the license for productive servers and subsystems on mobile devices of heads the corresponding instructions were prepared and also training of heads and clerks is provided.

Project Results

"The iSelf application successfully works on mobile devices of company executives of Tatneft Gas Station Center LLC and UPTZh dlya PPD LLC. A part of documents with itself in trips for further review allows heads to take the solution. We do not accept a little a situation when all documents can be received only through the assistant, but we configured profiles of heads in a system as additional assistants so they can send some documents to themselves in advance. To speak about some essential effect of increase in efficiency of heads so far early, several months use a system in an active mode literally. Though already several times the subsystem of mobile solutions really helped to send in addition quickly several important documents on a meeting for adoption of important solutions. At the same time, to approve and vise documents we "are careful" so far, – in these divisions EDSs are not used yet. But I think – all ahead" – Evgenia Kosonogova, the departmental engineer of maintenance of corporate systems of Tatintec LLC, Tatintek Group noted.
