The flagman software of Teleopti is submitted by the complex platform for management of telecommunication expenses at the enterprise – Teleopti Pro. A system controls costs for mobile, stationary and the IP telephony, keeps track of quality and manages all IT devices and services of the organization. Thanks to this solution customers obtain all information on cost, services, traffic and devices. The product is suitable both for the companies - end users, and for telecom operators.

The product contains all functions and functionality necessary for expenditure management on telecommunication/IT. A system can consider use of stationary and wireless telephony, different payment types of services. In addition, the solution provides functionality for device management and creation of the reporting on reaction speed within all organization.

Management and traffic observation of IP/UATS of a fixed communication

The distinctive feature of Teleopti Pro - independence of the solution of the PBX platform thanks to what the solution can be used in the mixed environment and develops together with IT infrastructure.

Teleopti Pro can interact with new platforms of the fixed telephony, platforms on the basis of VoIP, such as Microsoft OCS/LYNC or even Skype. The solution allows to process the expense data on telecommunication generated from these or similar solutions, in the same way as data on use of the normal fixed telephony.

A dynamic system allows to process the same way data on all types of telephony and to create the reporting (drawing of accounts, determination of trends and the analysis) under all types of communication in general or separately. Teleopti Pro provides full control over services, traffic and the hardware without the application of the excessive administrative efforts expected in that case.

As a rule, it allows you to refuse use of a set of accounts for mobile communication (which can be calculated by thousand a year) and to receive only one account for the period of drawing of accounts, and you can import detailed interpretation of use in the form of the file to the solution Teleopti Pro. These detailed data are used for creation of reports and reverse payment on the different organizational levels in combination with an ERP system.
