The department of education and youth policy of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug implements an education monitoring system

On November 15, 2013 the BARS GROUP company announced automation of a number of educational institutions and preschool education in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug system implementation "Electronic education".

Project Tasks

"This complex allows not only to create a databank of pupils and teachers, their achievements and exponents of proficiency and quality of knowledge, but also to carry out analytical information processing, - Victor Shamov, the Chairman of the Committee of informatization of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug noted. - System implementation "Electronic education" will help parents to take active part in educational process of the children and also will provide more accurate and high-quality information exchange with teachers, the class teacher and administration of school. Thus, parents will have an opportunity really to influence learning process of the child and by that together with school to solve a problem of quality improvement of educational process not in words, and in practice".

Project Progress

Implementation of a system provides process automation of rendering services in the field of education on the portal of state services. Now residents of the district will be able to submit the application in electronic form:

• on transfer of children in kindergartens;
• obtain data on a carrying out order, on participants and results of the USE;
• browse information on each educational institution, etc.

System implementation allows subjects to execute the order of the Government of the Russian Federation about transfer of first-priority public and municipal services to an electronic form. In the Nenets Autonomous Okrug today six key state services in the field of education are transferred to an electronic form, all of them are available to receiving on the www.gosuslugi.ru portal now.

Project Results

The module "Education Monitoring" provides to governing bodies of formation of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug a possibility of the automated collecting, the analysis and consolidation of statistical information and transition to the electronic reporting – 134 federal reports will form in the automatic mode by the set parameters.

A system is constructed by the principle of modular architecture and provides a possibility of further upgrade and accumulation of functionality by adding of new elements. The created system for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug consists of three main parts: "Electronic kindergarten", Electronic school and "Education monitoring".

Educational institutions of the region also got remote secure access to databases of a system. The safety of information is ensured by mechanisms of automatic backup and the managed functioning of the database at accidents, failures of technical means, including at power failure and in other emergency situations.

The Electronic Education system will allow to create a common information space at the level of the region, to provide information openness of education and also to increase efficiency of activity of governing bodies of education in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

To work in a new information system 350 administrators, tutors and teachers were trained.
