Financial management of Administration of Lukoyanovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region implements the automation equipment

On November 14, 2013 the company "1C-Rarus" announced Nizhny Novgorod creation of a single system for conducting settlings with employees and preparation of the reporting in Financial management of Administration of Lukoyanovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

Project Tasks

For improvement of work of accounting and HR department of Financial management the decision on automation was made. When choosing tools the administration of the department, first of all, paid attention that programs should consider features of settlings with employees and preparation of reporting documents in budgetary institution.

Products "1C: Payroll and budget institution staff" and "1C: Budget Institution Accounting", developed on the platform are as a result selected "1C:Enterprise 8".

Project implementation was entrusted the staff of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus company.

Project Progress

The programs integrated together allowed to automate the following sections of work of Financial management:

• Accounting of all financial activities of the enterprise;

• Creation of primary documents, bookkeeping registers and the regulated reporting;

• Implementation of preliminary, current and subsequent financial control on multi-layer system;

• Payroll with support of new wage systems of employees of federal budgetary institutions;

• Calculation of the taxes and contributions on wage fund regulated by the legislation;

• Reflection of the accrued payroll and taxes in expenses of organization;

• Management of monetary settlings with workers, including deposition;

• Registration of personnel and analysis of personnel structure;

• Personnel office-work;

• Workforce recruiting.

Software products provided employees with all necessary functionality. For obtaining working information it is not necessary to send requests any more, all necessary data contain in base and are available to employees on their computers.
