The Silver Bohr boarding house continues a campaign for automation of cafe

On November 13, 2013 1C Company: The first BIT announced project completion of optimization of work of Silver Pine Forest cafe as implementation of the program "BIT. APPETITE. Waiter. Bartender", connection of her mobile application and electronic equipment.

Project Tasks

Earlier food block of cafe automated by means of the program "BIT. APPETITE. Restaurant" that allowed to solve a number of problems of the regulated and production accounting, however did not cover functionality of the bartender. For accounting needs used the 1C: Accounting 8 system. For the purpose of service quality improvement the campaign for automation of the enterprise was continued.

Project Progress

1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT. They executed program installation "BIT. APPETITE. Waiter. The bartender", connected a special retail store equipment:

• the All-weather Access Point of TP-LINK TL-WA5210G device for the organization of wireless communication;
• the check Posiflex Aura-6800 printer – 2 pieces;
• touch Posiflex KS-6715G terminal;
• viewing IK detector DORS 1000 Sq.m.

Project Results

There is a possibility of automatic registration and fast order placement, the procedure of settlement became simpler. Mobile application and the device of all-weather access point allows to make transactions without binding to cash desk. Data are registered in a single system and if necessary are grouped in reports. The management can always estimate activities of an institution for individually required parameters.
