The Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia "will mobilize" top management jobs

On November 15, 2013 the Digital Design company announced the beginning of an implementation project of the solution "The Automated Workplace of the Head" on iPad in the Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia.

Within the project on upgrade of an electronic document management system in the banking sector of Russia, the Digital Design company started the implementing solution "The Automated Workplace of the Head" on iPad in the Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia. It will ensure mobile functioning with the system of electronic office document management on the DocsVision platform.

"The specifics of work of top management require providing online access for a key element of bank to documents of a system of electronic office document management. Use of "an automated workplace of the head" on iPad gives such opportunity that allows to increase efficiency due to considerable reduction of time expenditure for consideration of in-house documents, creation of instructions and gain of control of the course of their execution", - Nikita Smirnov, the vice-chairman the Central Russian bank of Sberbank of Russia, the curator of the IT block told.

"Thanks to several advantages, the Automated Workplace of the Head application already proved the efficiency: it not only is easily built in infrastructure of the organization, but also quickly adapts under needs of each user that does it by an optimal solution for use by top management of bank. Implementation will allow to increase significantly performing discipline, to reduce quantity of delays of approval and consideration of documents, cases of untimely submission of information on course of execution of control instructions. In total all these factors allow to increase efficiency and quality of work of bank in general" — Sergey Gaydamakov, the director of the department of automation of government institutions of Digital Design noted.
