2019: Installation of "Interaction module with MEDO"

On October 22, 2019 KS-Consulting reported that the City administration of Strezheva established electronic cooperation with the Government of the Tomsk region.

Since 2003 for workflow automation in municipality the CASE system is used. At the same time in the Government of the Tomsk region within executive authorities of the region other product — EDMS Directum is used. Therefore exchange of documents between the regional government and administration of the district happened only in a traditional paper format.

For the solution of this problem specialists of KS-Consulting company installed "The interaction module with MEDO".

Thanks to project implementation the administration of municipality and the government of the region had an opportunity to exchange any electronic correspondence, including the legally significant documents certified by the electronic signature and to refuse their duplication on paper carriers.

2012: The automatic publication of regulating documents on the website

In 2012 forces of specialists of KS-Consulting company implemented the automatic publication of regulating documents from EDMS on the official site of local government authorities. A year of EDMS DELO later it was integrated from a district website Internet and reception.

2013: Implementation Put (EOS Group)

On November 20, 2013 the Corporate Systems — Consulting company announced implementation in Administration of the city district of Strezhevy EDMS Case.

The electronic document management system "MATTER" in Administration of the city district of Strezheva is implemented in 2003.
