2012: Implementation of EDMS Case

On November 20, 2013 the Corporate Systems — Consulting company announced implementation in Administration of the city district of Strezhevy EDMS Case.

Project Tasks

By the end of 2012 in "CASE" it was recorded the entering and outgoing documentation, drafts of regulations, sheets of approval, the signed (published) legal acts. Means of EDMS automate control of execution of instructions and work with citizens' appeals. In a system the administration of administration of GO, financial management, a reception and also heads - the first deputy and the deputy mayor of the city worked.

In work with addresses there was not enough important component – the Internet and reception on the official site.

Project Progress

The KS-Consulting company in 2012 - 2013 implemented an implementation project in Administration of the city district of Strezheva by upgrade of the official site of local government authorities and also by means of integration of the electronic document management systems installed in the organization "CASE" and eDocLib with the updated website.

Project Results

Are created by implementation:

  • complete information infrastructure;

  • the general working space for employees with access isolation to different types of documents (according to job responsibilities);

  • the full-fledged external information resource available to residents, with a possibility of effective "feedback".

The upgraded website with integration modules is handed over to the customer in December, 2012. During the first quarter 2013 its filling was made by content. After that the new edition of the website integrated with EDMS Case and eDocLib became available on the Internet.

In 2013 work on upgrade of the website was continued – in particular, the version is developed for visually impaired. Several new features of the Internet and reception are tested: an opportunity to attach document files to the address and also the choice by the citizen of a method of receiving the answer on addresses - mail and/or in electronic form on e-mail.

All divisions of administration are connected to the eDocLib system now. Specialists of the customer note that work with regulations was arranged. Also eDocLib is used as a help system of law: at any time employees can find the necessary document and learn its status (works, became invalid, etc.). Most often the legal service and economists use the program.

In further plans of the customer - expansion of functionality of the integrated systems (in particular, search opportunities). The integration module with eDocLib is going to be added with new features: the automatic publication of the statuses of documents at revenues to the website of the connected documents ("in canceling", "works in edition", etc.), the indication of "extreme dates" for documents with the specific period of action, etc. Wishes about a possibility of unloading of data from EDMS Matter in eDocLib are stated.
