KS-Consulting: The module of bilateral integration from the Internet and reception

The module of bilateral integration from "Internet and reception" - is intended for acceptance of the citizens' appeals given on the website of the organization, formation and automatic sending notifications on the course of consideration of addresses to personal accounts of applicants on the website of the organization and on the e-mail addresses specified by authors of addresses.

Scheme of interaction, 2012

The general scheme of work using the module of bilateral integration from "Internet and reception":

• The citizen applicant on the website of the organization submits the address. For this purpose it fills the corresponding form, entering into it the personal data (including E-mail), data of the appeal to the organization, the request for obtaining information on work with the address.

• The data entered by the applicant are located with means of software of the website in automatically created message. The office file – the passport of the address containing personal data of the citizen, these addresses, the request for obtaining information on work with the address is attached to the message.

• The message is sent on certain E-mail of the organization and is included in the mail folder of the organization which is intended for receipt of addresses from the portal, and on which Outlook of the user registering addresses should be configured.

• The user of the CASE system of the organization registers the address. For registration the document group with a type of RK "Letters of Citizens" to which special additional details of the module of integration are attached is used. In RK addresses are autocompleted the following special details:

• "Date of giving";

• "Status";

• "Notifications on the consideration course";

• "Answer in paper form";

• "Answer in electronic form".

Values of these details undertake from the passport of the address. If files are attached to the address, they will be attached to RK of the address. In the field Delivery is automatically entered into RK Internet and reception value.

The module of integration traces the course of further review of the address to EDMS "DELO" and automatically creates adequate notices which go to Personal account of the applicant on the website of the organization and also to e-mail specified by the citizen at registration of the address. In special additional details the facts are fixed:

• registration of the address;

• sendings to the applicant of the notice of registration of its address;

• sendings to the applicant of the notification on the direction to it of the answer to its address in a paper and/or electronic form.
