Biography

Born in the family of a soldier on May 4, 1975 in the village of Voropaevo-1, Posavsky district, Vitebsk region.

In 1997 he graduated from Ural State Technical University with a degree in economics and management at mechanical engineering enterprises. Qualification in diploma - economist.

In 1999 he graduated from the Ural State Law Academy (since 2014 - Ural State Law University) with a degree in jurisprudence. Qualification in diploma - lawyer.
