On November 22, 2013 the Weathervane Sale company announced completion of implementation in taxi service Brooklyn of the Infinity Taxi program.

Project Tasks

The company considered only the automated complexes combining a possibility of registration and distribution of requests, statistics and the reporting.

"Initially we placed emphasis on provision of services with the high level of service, – Ilya Babenko, the managing director noted. - We created Brooklyn from scratch therefore at once there was a task to make convenient customer interaction. There was a wish to find the program which all collective will be able quickly to master. At the same time we needed to organize control of location of cars, operation of managers and drivers. I already had to work with Infinity before and I consider its great advantage usability. It significantly increases labor productivity. All cars in our taxi pool absolutely new. The Infinity Taxi program gives the chance to monitor stay and movement of the car using GPS that ensures safety both the passenger, and the driver. Therefore our choice – Infinity"

Project Progress

The program was implemented at once as soon as opened own taxi pool and dispatching service. All necessary options function: contact with the driver's terminal, statistics, reporting. Completions continue, not all opportunities are implemented.
