- Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
- Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
- Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
- Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
- Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
- Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
- Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
Description
The main activity of the company – production of refrigerator vehicles Implementation of 1C: CRM 8 allowed to solve the following problems:
- Segment the customer base on different signs including on levels of the relations;
- Messages complete history of customer relations;
- To manage effectively working time of employees. Control execution of instructions;
- Analyze results of activity of each employee of sales department;
- To quickly control receivables status, to take measures for its reduction;
- Carry out the analysis of accumulated information in different analytical cuts;
- Reduce risk of loss of information at dismissal of staff of sales department;
- Build technology of sales of our products using business process management mechanisms.
