The advertizing studio "Dom" automated accounting and tax accounting

On November 27, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced completion of process of automation of accounting and tax accounting in Advertising Studio "DOM" by means of implementation of software "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Tasks

The customer accepted the decision on automation proceeding from need to facilitate work of accounting service, to lower labor costs of employees and to save them from routine and paper transactions. The management of Advertising Studio "Dom" gave preference to the 1C: Accounting 8 software product. Acted as the partner 1C-Rarus.

Project Progress

Using the program accounting of banking and cash activities, settlings with partners, fixed assets and intangible assets, trade operations, payroll, the personnel and personified accounting is automated.

That the company could always have near at hand a contact information of employees, specialists 1C-Rarus set address qualifiers. It allowed to display correctly in the program all necessary information.

Project Results

"1C: Accounting 8" became the reliable and effective assistant in work of accounting service of a promotion company. Use of the solution simplified tasks of employees, saved from intermittent errors and typos.

The program creates a set of report forms, checks correctness of filling of the most important of them, compliance of a form of the reporting to reporting period. Thanks to a new solution accountants of a promotion company plan the work on preparation of documents and payment of taxes. "1C: Accounting" reminds of approach of important events, without allowing to delay submission of reports.
