Biography

Oleg Tolkachev was born in Moscow, in 1982. He graduated from school number 210. He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronics and Mathematics in 2006.

In 2003-2004 he worked at Logrus, specializing in "localization and testing of Microsoft, IBM products."

From 2004 to 2006, he worked at Frontrange Solutions, a technical consultant. Then he received a promotion to head of the professional services department, where he worked until 2007.
