Description
The specialists of the Company "Balance" conducted a demonstration of the program capabilities, installation software and training of the user on the principles of working with the program. PP ": 1CCRM 8 PROF" made it possible to implement the following functions:
- management of the client base, detailed characteristics of each client and contact person, dynamics of changes in the state of relations with clients, the ability to quickly enter and access information about the client;
- Customer Contact Management, Customer Contact History Accounting, Customer Demand Recording, Online Inter-Department Communication, Contact Planning
- planning and monitoring of activities, coordination of work in time, a system of reminders and issuance of tasks;
- management of business processes for working with clients, creation of regulations for working with clients and templates of typical actions, for sale, service servicing of complaints;
- telemarketing provided a massive call of customers according to a given conversation scenario, registration of contacts and questionnaires.
All requirements for the system were successfully fulfilled and implemented in the form of a ready-made information system. The implemented solution provided PSM LLC with an increase in the efficiency of managing the entire range of customer relationships and made it possible to automate many routine operations related to the processing of customer data. Currently, consulting and methodological assistance is provided to the user of the program.
