On November 29, 2013 the CTI company announced upgrade of a system of unified communications and implementing solution of signing up of telephone conversations in networks of World Class fitness clubs.
Project Progress
The CTI company implemented the project of updating of a system of unified communications and to implementation of function of monitoring of telephone conversations of ZOOM.
The main objective facing specialists of CTI - consolidation of means of communication in all clubs and offices of customer company in the single unified system providing effective methods of joint work. CTI was succeeded to implement a possibility of voice transmission, irrespective of location of the employee at any moment and also to organize support of mobile applications.
"Works on installation of the communication equipment and updating of a system were carried out step by step, our experts implemented the project, without breaking business processes of the customer. The Cisco Unified Communication Manager 9.1 platform with the telephone network expected more than 2000 subscribers and a possibility of instant messaging and a presence status became a basis of all system. Monitoring of a flow is provided by the ZOOM CallREC system integrated with solutions of Cisco", - Oleg Shchapov, the CEO of CTI company noted.
The latest technologies in the field of the IP telephony of Cisco helped the customer to facilitate and improve considerably work of all staff of geographically distributed network of fitness clubs.
