The Ministry of Education and Science automated work of the department of public service, the personnel and mobilization preparation based on the solution of Galaktika corporation for personnel management. Told about this TAdviser in the company in December, 2013.
Under the authority of this department of the Ministry of Education and Science, in particular, there is all personnel office-work of department, accounting and formation of the set statistical reporting on civil servants. The implemented HCM solution of Galaktika provided automation of such processes as personnel recruitment and employment (a talent pool and vacancies), conducting personnel document flow (orders, office contracts and additional agreements to them, references fact sheets). Besides, in a system account, planning and control of labor resources (cool ranks), formation of statistics on civil servants and specialized reports is kept.
The Galaktika corporation notes that in addition to standard works on system implementation, its setup and formation of a huge array of up-to-date data by transfer of information from the available sources, the company also executed development for the ministry about 40 specialized forms of the reporting.
Before implementation of the HCM solution of Galaktika in the ministry attempts to automate this activity both by means of local development, and using the drawing solution Parus of version 8 at different times were twice performed, TAdviser told the source close to the project. According to the interlocutor of the edition, in the first case a system was developed on a "local" technology platform and did not give an opportunity to scale the solution on the extending tasks and the increasing number of users.
"At the same time the information volume which increased over time in the absence of a scaling option of the system which is used at that time made work with it extremely labor-consuming and unreliable. Critically processing speed fell, - the interlocutor of TAdviser specifies. - In addition, a system was followed by the developer out of time, and in case of failure the department could lose irrevocably all data which are saved up in it".
In a case with Parus insufficiency of functionality and some reports were causes of failure, adds a source, close to the project.
Representatives of Galaktika, in turn, assume that the project on implementation of their solution in the Ministry of Education and Science waits for further development. In particular, it is connected with connection to the system of users of other departments of department and its integration with software used in the ministry.
