Biography

In 1995 and for 2000 got an education in the Moscow state academy of instrument making and information science, the honors degree. In 2004 Candidate of Economic Sciences defended the master's thesis at Moscow State University of instrument making and information science.

Konstantin Lashchinsky worked as the head of department of budgeting and a financial analysis from 2005 to 2007 in Sistema Telecom Ltd.

In 2007 for 2011 Konstantin Viktorovich worked as the director of the department of planning and the management reporting in JSC Comstar-United Telesystems.

From 2011 to 2014 Konstantin Viktorovich Lashchinsky worked as the Director of budgeting and controlling of OSTCHEM company.

In 2014 Konstantin Viktorovich Lashchinsky worked as the sales director of company DP "KM-Tekhno" and is the sales representative of ANC Bashneft.
