"TPS the Real estate" begins an implementation project of a system of the business analysis

On December 5, 2013 the Optima group announced start of an implementation project of a system of a business intelligence (BI) in TPS Real Estate company. The contractor of the project - Optima Consulting — structural division of the Optima group.

Project Tasks

BI-cistema for "TPS the Real estate" should be implemented on the QlikView Business Discovery platform that will allow the customer to consolidate data from the different accounting systems which will be used further for monitoring and assessment of marketing indicators of work of shopping centers.

"This project for us is an expansion of our industry expertize on a business intelligence. For certain each of us almost daily visits shopping centers, but hardly we ever thought of that, to manage how not easy such object. Accounting of our preferences, a set of brands, location of shops and objects of the service industry, existence of different services — all this is defined on the basis of the analysis of a big and diverse array of information. And here without modern means of BI not to manage" — Denis Katyushin, the director of management of Optima Consulting consulting emphasized.

Project Progress

For December 6, 2013 specialists of Optima Consulting started deployment of the pilot version of the project which result will be a complete and debugged model of a system (with a basic set of indicators) which start is planned for December, 2013.

The cycle of works as a part of which connection with the accounting systems of the customer of operational data-refresh and adaptation of pilot model for ensuring its start in operation is for this purpose carried out standard, in such situation. According to the customer's wishes BI-cistema "TPS the Real estate" should support the dashboards containing the basic marketing data of the company and to perform the detailed analysis of activities of shopping center for such indicators as: attendance, goods turnover, average check, etc.
