Power engineering specialists and electrification of Ryazanyenergo (SAP SEM-BPS)

Within implementation and development of the Resource Management Corporate Information System (RMCIS) based on the software of SAP AG company in JSC Ryazanyenergo the project of automation of a system of budget management is implemented, the press service of the company reports. The project solution "Automated System of Budget Management of a Distribution Network Complex" approved as the working group on information technologies and telecommunications of IDGC of JSC FGC UES became the basis for work.

Project Steps:

Within October, 2006 23 employees of JSC Ryazanyenergo (from department of finance and economy, treasury, department of accounting, the reporting and audit) were trained for work with the new software.

At the beginning of December, 2006 in JSC Ryazanyenergo the Project charter on implementation of a new system is approved, preproject examination of basic provisions of financial and economic activity of the company is conducted, the technical specifications are approved, the conceptual project is developed for the description of implementation of the requirements stated in technical specifications.

Within December, 2006 input of the system of budget management automated by the BPS SAP SEM tools in commercial operation is planned. It means that the relevant divisions of the company will be able to carry out planning the following 2007, using new information technologies.

The system of budget management automated by the BPS SAP SEM tools increases reliability and provides unity of storage and information input, eliminates duplication of input of identical information within a common information space, gives the chance of the automated formation of the regular planned reporting in structural divisions of the company.
