According to the Order 1993-r the solution allows to render in electronic form services:

Development History

2018: "Designer of reports"

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of "The national center of informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), in February, 2018 upgraded software products in the education industry, having created the module "Designer of Reports" in solutions "BARS. Obrazovaniye-Elektronny college" and "BARS. Education - Additional education". Also implementation of the module in "BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronnaya school" is planned.

Using "The designer of reports" it is possible to create individual report templates, using data which users loaded into a system in the.xlsx format. During creation of the new report the employee gives the name, selects a time frame, configures columns of the report and sets filter parameters to receive that set of data which is necessary. After setup and preserving of the report template by the Collect the Report button data are unloaded in the file of the.xlsx format.

To simplify assembly of reports in software products of a line "BARS. Education" there are data sources. For example, in the solution "BARS. Obrazovaniye-Elektronny college" sections Student, Employee and Organization are used. Using data source Student the report forms according to personal data of the student: A full name, date of birth, a floor, to the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account and other necessary data from a portfolio. Also thanks to "The designer of reports" estimates in all objects or only on specified in the filter are unloaded. It can be final estimates, results of participation in actions and many other things.

Staff of the educational organizations faces the enormous volume of reports which need to be provided to executive authorities and superior organizations. "The designer of reports" is the tool considerably facilitating and accelerating daily "paper" work. Flexible parameters of settings provide systematization of information and data collection in a necessary form. And unloading of data in the.xlsx format allows to copy them, to convert and process — the deputy CEO of BARS GROUP company Alexander Polukhin commented on creation of the module.

Integration with Bars.Up.Access Manager

Modules "Hostel" and "Report on the Number of the Rendered Services"

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of "the National Center of Informatization" of Rostec state corporation, announced on October 16, 2017 replenishment of the program "to BARS. Obrazovaniye-Elektronny college" two modules.

In particular, the module "Hostel" automates processes of management of accommodation of students, allowing to eliminate cases with the crowded or empty premises. Information on fullness of rooms is generated automatically and does not require additional actions from users.

In addition to information on hostels, there is an opportunity to maintain a register of applications for settling in which the relevant status of the statement is displayed. On the basis of information of the module settling and eviction of students is made. The ability to manage is also provided by stock of the hostel: maintaining register, fixing to a certain room, tracking of history of movements.

In "BARS. Obrazovaniye-Elektronny the college" became also available the module "The Report on the Number of the Rendered Services" which allows to collect information on the number of addresses on providing such services as transfer in colleges, about results of examinations, the current progress of the student, about educational programs and curricula.

Release of mobile application

The BARS GROUP company (subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization of Rostec state corporation) announced on August 18 development for students and parents — users of the Electronic College system — mobile application which provides information on training, the planned actions, PTA meetings, the schedule and homeworks of the student, his progress and results of a session.

The application allows to keep also the diary on practice, to send it for check at any convenient time and in any place. It has the simple and convenient form of providing the data grouped in sections, noted in the company.
