2018

Navigator of additional education

The BARS GROUP company, subsidiary company of the National Center of Informatization, provided on December 18, 2018 a subsystem "The navigator of additional education" for the purpose of implementation of the federal project "Success of Each Child".

The solution represents the portal for obtaining information on the existing programs and the organizations of additional education to children and their parents using which it is possible to perform search and selection of the interesting sections and to register in their visit. In addition, it is possible to configure polls and votes for creation of rating according to programs and the organizations. "The navigator of additional education" in general provides modern and variable additional education taking into account the interests of the child and his parents.

According to the company for December, 2018, the software product "BARS. Education - Additional education" functions in 19 regions of the Russian Federation, and its users are more than 1.7 million people.

Designer of reports

BARS GROUP, subsidiary company of "The national center of informatization" (enters into Rostec Group), in February, 2018 upgraded software products in the education industry, having created the module "Designer of Reports" in solutions "BARS. Obrazovaniye-Elektronny college" and "BARS. Education - Additional education". Also implementation of the module in "BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronnaya school" is planned. Read more here.

Monitoring of effectiveness of educational process

The updated functionality will provide for regions users compliance of a product to requirements of the regional navigator for additional general education programs, according to the passport of the "Available Additional Education for Children" project and the letter of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 09-88 of February 05, 2018. So, in one of regions pilot implementation of such functionality prepares.

The solution is also going to be added with modules thanks to which users will have an opportunity to keep track of effectiveness of educational process and data on transfer, transfer and expel of pupils.

The module "Monitoring of Effectiveness of Educational Process" which contains final marks of students in objects and analytical calculations of quality of education in a class on levels (high, sufficient, low) for academic year will become available to the staff of the organizations of additional education. The created reports will contain information on the analysis of results of training, with a possibility of its detailing on the set periods. Also the functionality means formation of information on quality of progress and the forecast of its increase. Problem components for each group of pupils, with selection of those which need to be delivered on control will be separately specified.

Monitoring of the movement of pupils

In addition to information on results of training, the module "Monitoring of the Movement of Pupils" which will allow to create the register of pupils is implemented, automatically fixing data on transfer, transfer and assignment. At the same time in the register function of filtering and search is implemented – it is possible to perform selection of data on the organization, a transaction type, the reason of the movement and group. Export of data of the register is performed in the file of the.xls format.
