The service for archives of YaNAO continues the project of creation of the search system of electronic archive

On December 10, 2013 ELAR corporation announced the project of creation of the uniform information retrieval system of electronic archive.

Project Tasks

ELAR corporation began works on creation of the information retrieval system of Service for archives of YaNAO in 2011, within implementation of the Departmental target program "Documentary Heritage of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area (2011-2013)". A main objective of the project - increase in process performance of the main activities state and municipal archives and also transition to providing archive services in electronic form.

Project Progress

In the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area works on development of the uniform information retrieval system of electronic archive are continued. ELAR corporation delivered five complexes of planetary scanning in archives departments of administrations of municipal districts of the region.

ELAR corporation equipped archives departments of administrations of Krasnoselkupsky, Purovsky, Tazovsky, the Shuryshkarsky and Yamal areas of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area with the planetary Elar Planskan scanners of series "C". The equipment should be used for creation of electronic fund of use and inclusion of municipal archives of YaNAO in a circuit of the uniform information retrieval system of the region.
