Biography

In 2007, Ivan graduated from Izhevsk State Technical University named after M.T. Kalashnikov.

While still a student, he began working for Directum. During his 2 years at the company, he rose to the position of Head of Technical Support, which he led for 5 years. During this time, he developed and implemented a staff motivation system, built the work of the vendor support service, formed a cohesive effective team, developed and launched new vendor services.

In 2013, he worked at CREET as a business development director.

Since September 2013, Ivan worked for Tanais and led the EDMS implementation department. Ivan's project portfolio includes the introduction of Directum in Blackwood Management Company, Promagro Agro-Industrial Complex, Gazpromtrans, as well as management of the system support in E.ON Russia and LUDING.

As of April 2018, Ivan Seryodkin worked as the head of the ECM and BPM department of Tanais.
