Russian Financial Corporation automates work with securities

On December 10, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced completion of automation of activity of Russian Financial Corporation Bank, using the solution "1C-Rarus: Depositary, edition 2".

Project Tasks

The management of Russian Financial Corporation Bank made the decision on creation of an information system for optimization of work of employees, simplification of the most labor-consuming transactions and accounting of large volume of data.

The product developed by 1C-Rarus company on platform 8.0 - "1C-Rarus became the most optimal : Depositary, edition 2". The industry solution has the expanded analytics allowing to reflect fully different depository operations with stocks, bills of exchange and bonds. For creation of the Bank system addressed the developer.

Project Results

The industry solution automated labor-intensive processes:

• Recognition of the stock and off-exchange exchange transactions manually or through loading from reports of the broker (txt, dbf or xls format);
• Loading of quotations from the files delivered by the main marketplaces (MICEX, RTS);
• Carrying out reconciliation with a back office of existence of securities on each client;
• Calculation of different types of the depository commissions with a possibility of formation of invoices.

Automation of depository accounting with the help "1C-Rarus: The depositary, edition 2" helps to perform effectively transactions with securities and gives to bank necessary competitive advantage.
