Leto Bank was connected via the connector "by Quorum. SIEI Integrator"

The Kvorum company became the winner of the tender for connection of the information systems "Summer of Bank" to the system of interdepartmental interaction, the state information system about the state and municipal payments, to the systems of FSSP of Russia, FMS of Russia, FTS and Rosreestr. Results of tender were publicly announced on the portal of State procurements.

According to 210-FZ, banks are obliged to perform information exchange with GIS GMP of Federal Treasury in electronic form. Besides, the order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1471-r gives to credit institutions the chance to provide information and to request data from FSSP, FTS, FMS and Rosreestr. For the purpose of implementation of the complex project on automation of interaction with federal agencies, Leto Bank announced the tender for the choice of the IT supplier for accomplishment of an assigned task.

According to the results of the analysis of all arrived requests the winner of the tender announced the Kvorum company which offered to bank the product "Quorum. SIEI Integrator" – a software package for interaction with Federal Treasury and other federal executive authorities. Within the project implementation of the single platform implementing general-system functions and five adapters for information exchange with GIS GMP, FSSP, FTS, FMS and Rosreestr is planned.

In a work progress the commission on purchase carried out the assessment by different criteria by which "Quorum. SIEI Integrator" was recognized by the winner of competition as the solution, most suitable for bank. First of all, functionality of all provided products, and advantage Quorum in this question were considered became defining for bank.

System implementation term became the second, not less important defining factor. "Quorum" offered bank execution of works on installation and setup of a system for the minimum time. It became possible thanks to the accumulated experience of connection of banks to SIEI and to accurately debugged plan of product introduction.

Thanks to the fact that the Kvorum company will provide Summer of Bank the unlimited license on "Quorum. SIEI Integrator", expenses on the project are final, and with the planned active growth of credit institution will not be involved any additional costs. In addition advantages, the commission Summer of Bank selected a convenient and functional control interface of a system which will allow specialists of credit institution to perform administration of a product without problems.
