2017: Transfer to PostgreSQL

On April 19, 2017 the Kvorum company announced the first stage of works on transfer of the product "SIEI Integrator" to the platform open source of PostgreSQL.

Within an implementation project "SIEI Integrator" on PostgreSQL, all works on setup of a system are performed in the automatic mode - the bank needs to execute the DBMS primary installation.

For users "SIEI Integrator" on other DBMS data migration is provided: scripts of automation and the converter of data are provided to bank that is necessary and sufficient to go to work on this platform.

In the Russian market the commercial versions of PostgreSQL DBMS containing completions on information security, optimization of performance are available. A row from them is included in the register of the Russian software. The solution "SIEI Integrator" of Kvorum company supports work with such DBMS, developers stated.

Now, when using the solution "SIEI Integrator" banks have an opportunity to refuse expensive licenses for proprietary DBMS. Also purchased independence of the license policy of vendor, and rate fluctuations of currencies is important. Igor Vinogradov, commercial director of Kvorum company

2013: Updating according to requirements 210-FZ

The solution designer - Quorum, announced on July 15, 2013 an exit of the next updating of a system "to Quorum. SIEI Integrator", intended for fulfillment of requirements 210-FZ.

As a part of a product of 4 functional improvements:

• there was an opportunity to work on DBMS Microsoft SQL. Earlier as DBMS in a system only the solution could be used Oracle. Now system architecture allows the customer to select one of the most popular and widely applied platforms: Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle Database. Thus, the customer has an opportunity to select suitable option depending on the technologies used in bank.

• development of e-mail notifications technology. "Quorum. SIEI Integrator" informs the administrator in case of problems. For example, in the absence of connection to SIEI or the termination of validity period of the digital signature certificate. Thus, a system does not require permanent monitoring, and independently notifies the administrator on the problems requiring his intervention.

• new method of loading of messages about payments in "Quorum. SIEI Integrator". In such option information on the facts of making payments is generated in a system on the basis of analysis of the documents of the Unified format of electronic banking messages format (ED) intended for sending to MTsI and transferred to GIS GMP. Such method allows to refuse completions in the core banking system and other systems that is, to cut down expenses on the project.

• implementation in the program interface of a system of web services for information exchange using an integration bus. It gives to the customer big flexibility when choosing a method of integration "Quorum. SIEI Integrator" in an IT landscape of bank.

QUORUM. SMEV-INTEGRATOR

For April, 2013 QUORUM. SMEV-INTEGRATOR - the solution providing information exchange of bank with the system of Federal Treasury GIS GMP using SIEI services.

"Quorum. SIEI integrator" performs functions of the universal gateway, providing interaction of bank with services of state bodies through the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. For certain participants of information exchange and separate types of document flow within this platform specialized adapters are created.

• The architecture of a component allows to expand functionality of a system due to connection of new adapters of interaction (for example, with information systems of FSSP or FTS).

• Implementation of information exchange with any information systems of Bank, using the multiple device adapter is possible. Information exchange with the adapter can be performed as through web service, and using connection to the Oracle database.

Functionality of the solution

• Support of connection to SIEI;
• Sale of tools of the electronic digital signature according to requirements SIEI;
• Formation of the messages transferred to SIEI in required formats;
• Incoming formatno-logical inspection of the documents arriving for sending to SIEI from business systems of bank. Formation of the protocol of the revealed errors;
• Maintaining the document register, prepared for sending to GIS GMP (turns on mechanisms of filtering, sorting and document retrieval);
• Sending documents to SIEI in the manual or automatic mode. Filters on any fields of the document can be used to the manual mode or documents can individually be selected;
• Tracking of the status of the document (request) sent to SIEI on the received receipt: "is accepted" "/is defective". Classification of the defective documents as the returned error;
• Adjustment and resending of the enquiry document;
• Integration into the module "Quorum. Electronic archive". Preparation and transfer to archive of information on the documents (requests) which are successfully sent to SIEI, including the confirmations received from SIEI.
• Users, access rights. The module allows to differentiate access rights of users depending on the participant SIEI with which interaction (Federal Treasury, FSSP, the Tax inspection, etc.), and like information exchange is performed (for example, "information on effected payment" or "a request for budget charges").
• Work recording. All system operation in detail is registered.

Implementing solution allows to observe requirements 210-FZ "About the organization of providing public services" in edition of the Federal law of 6/27/2011 162-FZ.

For many banks an obstacle when choosing the solution is need of acquisition and service of expensive Oracle DBMS. To solve this problem, Quorum implemented a system opportunity for work on much more available DBMS Microsoft SQL. Thanks to it, the bank can select the most convenient option depending on the used technologies and by that to reduce costs for the project.

Powerful problem for small credit institutions is need of completion of the core banking system and other systems sources of bank from which information should be transferred to GIS GMP. The cost of these completions in certain cases can exceed project cost on connection to SIEI. "Quorum" offers the clients alternative option of interaction without completions of the core banking system. In such option information on the facts of making payments is generated in "Quorum. SIEI Integrator" on the basis of analysis of the documents of the Unified format of electronic banking messages format (ED) intended for sending to MTsI is also transferred to GIS GMP. At the same time, in the future the bank has opportunity for implementation of necessary completions in the core banking system and other systems for implementation of other method of integration.
