Yuganskneftegazgeofizika implements special transport control system

On December 12, 2013 the UNDS Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District LLC company announced installation on transport of Yuganskneftegazgeofizika LLC of 102 modules of the navigation and telematic equipment. Within the project 102 units of special equipment, including transport for transportation of dangerous loads are equipped.

Project Progress

• GLONASS/GPS the equipment allows to control location and a route of traffic, the high-speed mode, to fix time of departure of the machine from the territory of base and its return, to ensure safety of transportations. Also the possibility of report generation where actually passable distance and a consumption of fuel would be specified was one of important conditions. One more necessary parameter – control of sharp differences of fuel in a tank (for identification of the facts of draining), - noted Evgeny Sinyak, the associate director UNDS KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS DISTRICT of LLC.

Project Results

System implementation of monitoring gave the chance to toughen control over expenses on fuel and lubricants and compensation of drivers, to provide objective reporting data on these cost items, to exclude commission of the wrongful acts connected with use of motor transport of the company.

In several months system operations are got results: economy of fuel consumption averaged 12–15% (5.2 million rubles a year) instead of the assumed 10%, the project paid off in six months.
