"The east European Pipe Company" automates normative accounting

On December 13, 2013 the 1C-Rarus company announced the final of the project of automation of accounting and tax accounting in "the East European Pipe Company" implementation "1C: Accounting 8".

Project Tasks

The management of "the East European Pipe Company" made the decision on acquisition of the modern tool for accounting. When choosing an information system reliability and high performance became the main criteria. Having studied offers of the market, the company selected the solution "1C: Accounting 8". Project Results

With the help "1C: Accounting 8" accounting of trade operations which automatically are reflected in tax and accounting is automated. The program supports any payment methods: payment cards, bank loans, cash. A system creates all necessary payment documents for carrying out cash transactions:

• receipt and account cash orders.

Thanks to high extent of automation the employees who are not accountants can enter documents of accounting of trade operations into the database. For the accountant there is a control of the basic installations regulating correct reflection of transactions in accounting.

Automation allowed to facilitate as much as possible accomplishment of the most labor-consuming transactions of accounting service, to reduce quantity of errors and to increase transparency of credentials.
