Edisoft Data Interchange Platform (EDI Platform) is the B2B-platform for exchange of electronic documents and communication of business partners, the central complex of the software for integration, management, synchronization, exchange and information analysis.

What is EDI?

Exchange of electronic data (EDI) – electronic exchange of the commercial information between partners directly from the accounting system of the sender in the accounting system of the receiver in the standardized format.

Daily the enterprises receive and send documents to the partners by means of mail, the fax, etc. Their preparation, transfer, receiving, processing and storage takes away a lot of time and resources, and is followed by a large number of errors of manual entry.

Modern information technologies allow to transfer all document flow of the company to an electronic form, using EDI technology.

Types of the transferred EDI messages

Master data

  • PARTIN is information on delivery locations and trading partners of the company
  • PRODAT is information request about goods from the general base of goods by a certain criterion
  • PRICAT is a price catalog (it is used for information transfer about goods to partners)

Commercial transactions

  • ORDERS is the order (a goods purchasing inquiry)
  • ORDERSP is the answer to order (confirmation of suppliers of the order)
  • INSDES is the instruction on implementation of shipment or goods receipt on the set conditions
  • INVOIC is the invoice including adjustment the invoice
  • DESADV is the shipping notification (an analog of the commodity-transport delivery note)
  • RECADV is the notification on receiving (the notification on the actual goods acceptance)
  • RETANN is the notification on return (with indication of the reason)
  • REMADV is the requirement for payment (contains booking data on payment)
  • COACSU is the settlement reconciliation statement

Transport transactions

  • IFTSAI is a request of the delivery schedule or a possibility of transportation

Planning and reporting

  • DELFOR is the delivery plan by 2 parameters: to goods and delivery location

2019: Data exchange with the Amazon platform

On August 29, 2019 it became known that international provider electronic document management and system integrator Edisoft developed the solution for automatic exchange data with the platform online retailer Amazon.

Integration allows to manage all processes directly of ERP. Direct connection between the Edisoft platform and the system of Amazon is for this purpose configured. The solution of Edisoft allows to update stocks and the prices for only several clicks, to receive orders, to send accounts, to import data on sales, to load reports and many other things.

The solution is intended also for the companies which already work at the Amazon platform and want to cut down expenses, and also to increase efficiency.

  • Integration is available both with the accounts Amazon Seller, and with Amazon Vendor.
  • During the work with Amazon Seller data are transferred in the XML format by means of access to a system through API.

In case of Amazon Vendor data are transferred in files of the EDIFACT format on AS2 channel.

As of August, 2019, the integration solution from Edisoft for work with Amazon was used by several dozens of suppliers in the Baltic States and in Scandinavia.

2016: Edisoft prepares the system for work as the fiscal data operator

The provider of electronic document management Edisoft began with summer of 2016 final testing of the system on processing of fiscal data of the cash registers. The company intends to receive the status of the fiscal data operator and to begin connection to service of all entrepreneurs obliged to pass to a new operating procedure with tax authorities since 2017.

Amendments in federal law No. 54 "About use of the cash registers", adopted in the summer of 2016, assume that all cash desks should transfer fiscal data in the online mode in the tax inspection. The fiscal data operators (FDO) created in Russia will ensure transport and safety of this information.

Since February 1, 2017 the entrepreneurs registering the new equipment, and since July 1, 2017 will have to be connected to operators — already all others, explained in the company.

As noted, at present Edisoft tests a new system with the main models of cash desks of producers of a retail store equipment. The Edisoft system will process fiscal data and documents round the clock, in real time, regardless of models of cash desks and communication channels. Will transfer the data obtained from clients, the company within 24 hours. All information will be protected using cryptographic means. The individuals which are carrying out settlings with cash desks will have verifiability of checks on the Internet.

The carried-out tests showed that the company as future fiscal data operator, has failsafe infrastructure.

"Together with producers of the cash equipment we enter into the working group at FTS which is devoted to execution of requirements of the 54th law. It allows to be aware of all innovations according to fiscal data. The new operating procedure opens access to management tools by the enterprise — Sergey Sukhantsev, the business analyst of Edisoft noted. — Edisoft actively develops services using VMI technologies (Vendor Managed Inventory) and BI (Business Intelligence) providing access to mechanisms of inventory management and analytics of Big Data. These solutions work at a basis of the operational information about sales obtained from each cash desk in real time. We are ready to connect all interested companies to the test platform and to begin joint development of the accompanying solutions on the basis of fiscal data".

2015: Roaming about Synerdocs and the Diadoc is organized

On May 12, 2015 it became known of the current agreement providing clients of the company "SKB Kontur" with a possibility of exchange of legally significant electronic documents with the companies working in systems E-DOCUMENT FLOW Synerdocs and "Diadoc"[1].

Work on implementation of agreements with Synerdocs and Edisoft went since the beginning of 2015. The companies resolved issues of interaction, finished technology platforms, carried out test exchange of electronic documents.

For May 13, 2015 roaming between systems "Diadoc" ("SKB Kontur") and Synerdocs (Directum) and also Circuit.EDI and EDI (Edisoft) in a stage of day-to-day running. Exchange of legally significant electronic documents between "Diadoc" and Edisoft is also planned for development stages to start at the beginning of summer of 2015.




2013: Support more than 100 formats and 45 ERP systems

For December, 2013 EDI Platform provides the guaranteed compatibility with different standards of data transmission. In total - more than 100 formats, including idoc SAP. In total EDISOFT supports 45 ERP systems, including 1C; MBS Axapta; Concord XAL; Hansa of BS; Movex; Scala; MBS Navision; SAP. For identification of partners the EDISOFT platform uses GLN codes. Thanks to it the large number of documents is told between partners who are in the different states.

As transfer protocols EDISOFT uses: HTTPS FTP SFTP VPN AS/2.

There are no technical restrictions for types of assignable documents. The EDISOFT platform has no restrictions for the user. Exchange of many document types is possible at once. The only restriction usually is readiness of the client to start to electronic to document flow. In certain cases transition to electronic document management requires to adjust the scheme of the movement of documents in firm.
