Edisoft EDI Agent

EDI Agent is the solution for the companies automating work of sales agents, forwarding agents and merchandisers using mobile devices (phones, tablets) with Android OS.

The EDI Agent system is integrated into the EDISOFT platform and can use all data on EDI - to documents. Mobile device: Work with clients: use of routes of visit of outlets, settlement with clients, viewing detailing of a debt, support personal skidkok and conditions for each client, accounting of cash transactions with clients, a sales history on outlet and on goods.

Work with goods: search of goods in the name and articles, viewing stock remainders, input of the prices and discounts in each goods, use of advertizing campaigns, photocatalogue of goods itd. Merchandising: input of information on a situation in outlet (existence, the calculation, an action), input of indicators on each goods, attachment of photo reports to the document. Trade from wheels: sales of goods from mobile warehouses, support of a relevant remaining balance of a warehouse, a design of return and transfer of goods, exchange of overdue goods.

Reports: sales reports, to orders, remaining balance, connectivity of the reports. Data exchange: use of any available communication channel (Wi-Fi, 3G), a failover cluster of servers on the party of EDISOFT, the centralized updating of programs of agents, support of large volume of goods, the prices, clients, viewing history of movement of the agent itd.

Computer part - Web, EdiAgent - the GPS panel monitoring: on-line viewing location of agents and history of movements, use of free cards, viewing place and time of document creation, calculation of the passable distance, analysis plan fact, compliance to a route. Viewing data: viewing documents, their contents, viewing photo reports, viewing routes and appointment to clients of GPS of coordinates. On November 3, 2015 the Edisoft company announced release of release of the EdiAgent application. The update mentioned enhanced capabilities of a demo mode, a panel of the administrator, function of filtering of goods, dynamic search, creation and scanning of documents,^[1].

According to EdiAgent developers, upgraded version first of all will increase convenience of work with the application. All changes are made on the basis of requirements and requests of users.

Main changes:

• the demo mode at the first start works without authorization. Now for application testing it is not necessary to enter the login and the password to test possibilities of EdiAgent.
• the free version is translated to work with Dropbox that gives the chance to work with documents and data in a system as locally, and to exchange them via the Internet.
• the beta of a browser panel of the administrator of EdiAgent Control which does not require installation is added. In it three primary partitions are available to work: viewing documents, purpose of routes and GPS control of movements.

Dynamic search in points in a route became available to users. The application sorts all suitable places already by the first entered letters of the name of a point, facilitating selection in process of increase in quantity of the entered letters. Besides, in upgraded version of EdiAgent search in the addresses of points appeared. It will allow to save considerably time during the work with the application.

The feature for filtering of goods on commands was added. The option is relevant for the companies which have several divisions working in the different directions of trade. The separate list of goods is available to each group of sales agents, and excess folders of other agents are not displayed.

After updating installation function of fast switching of a view (list/image) from the side menu in selection of goods is available to the user. It is made for more convenient product demonstration to clients. The option "Use Gallery for Selection of a Photo" for attachment of already existing pictures is also added to the document.

One of functional features – a possibility of charge of personal discounts for goods for each client separately. This function is convenient to those companies that use the standard mechanism of charge of discounts for partners in 1C.

The upgraded calculator allows to convert a remaining balance into the selected unit of measure. For example, if desired to sell goods in large units (boxes), the remaining balance will be automatically recalculated in compliance with the necessary coefficient.

A number of changes is made:

• return to scanning after goods quantity input. It significantly accelerates work when using the camera of the device or the scanning station
• the Comment field when sending orders through e-mail is added. There was an option for shutdown of animation of the button of search.
• possibility of the choice in settings of Ukrainian.
• the preview of the list of goods in the document can be sorted in alphabetical order now
• at calculation of a discount the amount is rounded to two signs after a comma.
• there was an opportunity to work with a remaining balance on specific storage locations.

The incorrect behavior is in addition corrected upon transition from Calculator to Search and back, display for mobile devices with the screen less than 3.5 inches is corrected, support of the outdated Android 2.1.x and 2.2.kh operating systems is stopped.
