"Groupon Russia" selected Google Apps

On December 17, 2013 the Softline company announced project completion on implementation of Google Apps in the Russian representative office of Groupon.

Project Tasks

For the effective organization of document flow the Groupon Russia company looked for the solution for convenient joint work of several employees with one file allowing to store safely documents and to quickly exchange them. The required packet of services should be the most available at the price at full-fledged functionality. One more requirement to the solution - a possibility of its scaling taking into account growth of number of employees and partners of the company.

As the partner for implementation of transition to Google Apps the Russian Groupon selected Softline company - only from Russia the owner of the status Google Apps Enterprise Partner.

Google services of Apps became an optimal solution for communication infrastructure of the company which employees work at different platforms. In a project deliverable in the Russian Groupon there was a unified environment of work with office documents without essential capital costs, problems with compatibility of the file formats created by different commands, with uncountable transfer of the approved and corrected document revisions were fixed. Now employees work in parallel on the same document from different devices, in different time zones, and see results of work of colleagues in the online mode.
