Impact 360 Mobile is a product for expansion of mobile applications of the company, opportunities of employees and managers.

On December 17, 2013 Verint Systems Inc company. announced release of the solution Impact 360 Mobile as means of increase in opportunities of mobile applications of the company due to additional functions of optimization of labor resources (workforce optimization, WFO).

Description

The offer is focused on the organizations aiming to increase the involvement of personnel into a company performance, to optimize customer interaction using mobile devices and to provide the uniform interface. The product relies on efficiency of the solutions Impact 360 Workforce Optimization, intended for work with clients in contact centers, operational offices and branches of the retail companies.

Increasing possibilities of already recognized solutions Voice of the Customer and Workforce Optimization, the company Verint will help the organizations to manage more effectively the activity using mobile applications.
