Division of Verint Video Intelligent Solutions

Key feature of division of Verint Video Intelligent Solutions is availability of the cost-efficient and convenient Nextiva system in use – shell program for management of video surveillance. Using the Nextiva application it is possible not only to browse and transfer the video image to different screens and computers, but also to distinguish threats and potentially dangerous actions. If use of the standard systems of video security assumes viewing by personnel of a security service of huge amount of data and video records, then the system of video analytics Nextiva can independently reveal the extraordinary events and actions other than the set templates. As a result use of an intelligent system of Nextia allows to increase the level of awareness on extraordinary events and to lower costs for search of threats and illegal acts.

The software of the company is designed to analyze "crude" data from surveillance cameras, telephone recordings and archives of text messages for identification of problems at customer relations. The purpose of products of the company — to improve service quality, to minimize errors and by that longer to hold the client.

Verint makes the software for the analysis of different aspects of activity of the enterprise and identification of problems with performance, quality of work of personnel, optimization of floor spaces and also for other tasks which allow to increase efficiency of business. In particular, according to the analysis of records of negotiations with clients it is possible to reveal problem points of the enterprise and to correct them, or to train the staff of contact center more professionally to communicate by phone, or to upgrade an enterprise information system for minimization of errors at customer service. Verint offers also a technique for planning of changes in work to spend less resources or to gain more income.

One of sources of data on problems of telephone service is the analysis of a voice of the calling subscriber. And the software of the company allows to reveal not only hard words, but also information context. If the problem in personnel, then a system allows to identify inexperienced employees and, for example, to recommend to direct them to additional training. If errors are connected with work of an information system, then problems should be solved some other way — evolution of this system. And if in a system there are errors, for example when drawing accounts, then it leads to increase in expenses on contact center and deterioration in image of the company.

For confirmation of the ideas on expense optimization on customer service of Verint together with Ipsos-MORI conducted sociological survey to find out what most of all irritates clients. It turned out that it are not pleasant to most of all people long waiting of a conversation with the employee of the organization (75% of respondents) and an error in invoices (65%). At the same time the research showed that consumers appreciate service quality more, but not low prices — only 21% of respondents answered that the price is more important than quality for them.

The call center operator cannot independently correct errors in accounting documents — the client should address the manager of the company and to prove the case, resources of the enterprise will be spent for it. Each error negatively affects reputation of the company. Therefore for expense optimization on contact centers and marketing it is worth enclosing a quantity of money in improvement of a control system of accounting information and other data on the client.

Business in Russia

In October, 2012 the Verint company announced opening of new branch in Russia. Emergence of division of Verint in Moscow will help to expand presence of the company in the growing Russian market and to increase availability of its products. Thanks to experience of several years of successful work in Russia and the CIS, the company decided to activate development of the business in Russia and to strengthen partner relations and clients in the region.

During the Verint expansion hopes to increase availability of the corporate solutions and solutions for security, extending them through the partners — as existing who already helped to create the strong customer base in Russia, and new. The number of the solutions proposed by the company in Russia includes the software package which already won recognition for optimization of human resource management, analytical software for detection of preferences of clients and the solution on collecting of a video information.

On January 28, 2014 the Verint Systems company announced Dmitry Kondratyev's appointment to a position of the area director across Russia and the CIS.
