SURT IRM TDRM (A management system for development of territories - Territory Development and Renovation Management) - provides information and analytical support of processes of coordination, control and monitoring of programs of development of territories, development of project solutions, constructions and reconstruction of objects.

Support of integration with geoinformation services through the standard WMS and WFS protocols is provided. For data processing the option Oracle Spatial offering a rich set of analytic functions for work with geodata is used (vector and raster). The publication of drawings and maps for web access happens means of Oracle MapViewer and Oracle Map Builder.
