"ASADO" took under satellite control of 787 cars

On December 18, 2013 the state state enterprise ASADO announced the beginning of the third stage of the project of equipment of motor transport of the company. On project finish of 787 units of the special equipment will be equipped with modules GLONASS/ GPS- monitoring.

Project Tasks

As a part of GKP "ASADO" 28 road and operational managements (ROM) with own vehicle fleets enter. The priority of each of divisions - to provide safe driving of transport through roads of the area. For the organization of smooth operation of the utility equipment at all seasons of the year in each ROM the round-the-clock dispatching centers are organized. For the purpose of cost reduction and increase in efficiency of ROM the decision on system implementation SCOUT at the enterprise was made.

Project Progress

The project of creation of a system of satellite monitoring is begun in August, 2013 and will proceed until the end of December, 2013. Navigation equipment equips graders, tractors, the combined machines, loaders, snowplows and other equipment servicing territorial public roads of the Samara region and the city of Samara.

Maxim Egorov, the departmental engineer on information resources of GKP "Asado", noted: "Now we monitor work of each unit of special equipment and at any time we have an exact picture of the performed tasks, we can rationally distribute the equipment for work on different sections and quickly react to change of the weather conditions which are negatively affecting a paving status".

The implementation project of a system of satellite monitoring is implemented with assistance of the Kam M and Optima companies attracted to mounting works of the equipment.

Project Results

On January 15, 2014 the company 1C: The first BIT announced project completion on equipment of public motor transport of the state enterprise ASADO in the Samara region - 787 units of the special equipment are equipped GLONASSGPS modules / monitoring "Scout".

The project proceeded from August to December, 2013. The First BIT company acted as the contractor on installation and setup of the equipment. During the project graders, tractors, the combined machines, loaders, snowplows and other equipment servicing territorial public roads of the Samara region and the city of Samara are equipped with a modern monitoring system.
