Kudeneev Sergey Vasilyevich is the prosecutor of the city of Moscow.

Biography

Sergey Kudeneev was born in 1961 in Leninsky district of the Osh region of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1978. From 1979 to 1982 served in Navy. In 1982 arrived on full-time department of law department of the Tomsk state university of V.A. Kuybyshev which ended in 1987.

Upon termination of university Kudeneev Sergey is admitted by the trainee to bodies of prosecutor's office, worked as the assistant, the senior assistant of the prosecutor, from 1991 to 1993 - the prosecutor of the Smidovichsky Region of Jewish Autonomous Region.

From 1993 to 1994 Sergey Kudeneev worked as the chief of investigative department of prosecutor's office of the Jewish Autonomous Region. From 1994 to 1997, it is the deputy prosecutor of the Jewish Autonomous Region. In 1997 became the prosecutor of the Jewish Autonomous Region. In 2001 S.V. Kudeneev is appointed the prosecutor of the Republic of Mordovia.

From 2005 to 2006 worked as the prosecutor of the Oryol region. In 2006 headed management on supervision of legality of execution of criminal sanctions of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. Since July, 2011 – till present - the prosecutor of the city of Moscow.

For December 18, 2013 Sergey Vasilyevich Kudeneev works as the prosecutor of the city of Moscow.


Candidate of Law Sciences. Honored lawyer of the Russian Federation. Honourable prosecutor of the Russian Federation.

Awards: An Order of Honour, the Certificate of honor of the President of the Russian Federation, the breastplate "For faultless service", a distinction "For correctness to the law" the I degrees, the gold medal "For a Contribution to Development of Penal Correction System of Russia", Anatoly Koni's medal, the medal "Veteran of Prosecutor's Office".
