"The Renaissance the Credit" optimizes management of printing of documents

On December 19, 2013 the Nicotech company announced implementation of a complex of solutions on infrastructure management of printing in Renaissance Credit bank.

Project Tasks

Based on audit the Nicotech company revealed a number of bottlenecks of the existing system of printing of bank and insufficiency of management and control over printing processes. For the solution of these tasks the implementing solution FollowMe Printing which initial was set at one office on a limited number of printing devices for test operation is offered to the customer. The solution allowed to finish uncontrollable use of the equipment and also to completely exclude the forgotten printouts on printers including with confidential information.

Further the solution was replicated on other offices of the company and at the moment covers all most used printers and the MFP of different producers.

Project Results

According to the results of work of service of printing FollowMe the goals planned at the beginning of implementation are achieved. First - reduction in cost of printing due to reduction of number of the printed documents. Ensuring confidentiality of the printed information on the general network printers thanks to obligatory authorization of users on printing devices became possible.
