The Profitproyekt company completed system implementation of calculation of bonus payments of employees, in the company Takeda Pharmasyyutikals - one of the largest pharmaceutical companies presented at the Russian market. The flagship product of Profitproyekt company – KPI MONITOR Analyzer acted as the instrument of implementation.

Takeda Pharmaceutical is considered one of the leading pharmaceutical companies not only Japan, but also the whole world. Its history originates since the end of the 18th century when the representative of an old and noble family, 32-year Chobei Takeda founded in Osaka small intermediary firm selling traditional Japanese and Chinese drugs. Today Takeda of Pharmaceutical takes the 12th position in the rating table of the pharmacological industry, having outstripped leading companies of many countries of Asia, Europe and North America. The geography of its presence in the world market is rather wide. It opened the representations more than in 70 countries, including China, Latin America and the CIS countries.

Until system implementation, the Customer developed the method of calculation of bonus payments covering all regional representative offices and which is applied to divisions of sales and marketing.

Originally calculation was performed using own system developed by the Customer's employees, but eventually and in connection with the permanent changes made to bonus schemes, support and updating of the available system became too labor-consuming, and the procedure of calculation took very big time that was extremely inconvenient as any change involved process on evolution and the subsequent recalculation.

Until implementation, the staff of the company Takeda carried out work on collecting and data preparation necessary for measure calculation, individual bonus schemes for representatives of the divisions which are engaged in sales of pharmaceutical products and marketing were also created.

The flexibility, simplicity of setup and adaptivity, opportunity to consider specifics of a company performance, speed of creation of necessary reports and also an important factor when choosing became key requirements which were imposed by the Customer by search and the choice of a system, simplicity of perception and transparency of implementation of motivational schemes for end users was.

Making a start from these tasks the Customer the decision on use of the product KPI MONITOR Analyzer which functionality conformed to requirements was made and allowed to solve problems necessary for successful project implementation.

For the solution of the main objective of the project the mechanism of the Calculating KPI MONITOR cards was used. In the project progress in a system more than 40 different motivational schemes which provided calculation of bonus payments more than for 1000 employees of the company of the Customer across all territory of Russia were configured.

In the project progress the procedure of import of data with use of ETL-of the module KPI MONITOR was configured thanks to what processing and loading of the initial data necessary for calculation, from the information systems which are used at the Customer, according to the rules set in the company was provided that significantly reduced labor input of processes of collecting, adjustment and their processing.

As a result of implementation of KPI MONITOR Analyzer the staff of the company of the Customer received the required tool which allowed to perform calculation of bonus payments, provided to employees convenient and the intuitive interfaces allowing to study results of charge of bonuses, and to regional managers to receive the broad picture about work both individual employees, and entrusted territories/divisions in general.

According to the results of system implementation of calculation of bonus payments for the staff of division of sales and marketing, the Customer made the decision on use of the product KPI MONITOR and for calculation of bonus payments in other divisions of the company.
