Collecting and data processing

Besides, KPI MONITOR supports automatic synchronization of analytical reference books with a corporate information system that provides to the company a single system of analytics, forming the general information environment.

Formation and setup of the KPI systems and local indicators

Creation of four measure types is provided in KPI MONITOR: the basic, containing initial data of planned and actual measure values; target, displaying value in the context of target/planned targets and zones of risk; settlement which is defined by the user algorithms of calculation using formulas and values of other indicators; and type the container used for ergonomic representation of several indicators and reports by means of their grouping in one block. KPI MONITOR provides reduction of all indicators in a system, building multidimensional causes and effect relationships between financial and non-financial, key and operational performance in a binding to strategic objectives of the company.

Measure calculation

Parametrical setup of logic of measure calculation and performing this calculation in the system, but not in external applications is unique advantage of KPI MONITOR. Calculation is made using formulas and algorithms as on the basis of the data imported from the accounting systems and on the basis of values of other indicators. The system of setup and measure calculation is implemented using the object-oriented approach that provides flexibility, transparency, simplicity and convenience of administration.

The interactive animated visualization

The convenience and visualization of representation of indicators and their systems significantly influence the speed of perception and quality of the analysis of large volume of the diverse data reflecting activity of the company. The KPI MONITOR web interface developed on the Microsoft Silverlight platform provides interactivity and animation of all data formats and combines on the one hand simplicity and intuitive clearness, and with another - sufficiency of necessary tools for monitoring of the systems of indicators. A system allows to perform monitoring as operational (local, tactical), and key (KPI) indicators of activity of the company and also to make operational informing on deviations from target values using e-mail or the SMS.
