Optima Services will continue IT support of Eldorado shops

In May, 2016 the Optima Group announced start of a new stage of cooperation with Eldorado company - the retail network of home appliances, largest in Russia, and electronics. This stage is continuation of the project on support of IT infrastructure of 36 Eldorado shops completed in 2013 across all Russia – from Neryungri to Blagoveshchensk and from Ulan-Ude to Grozny. This project consists in support of 50% of all shops of Eldorado network across all Russia and five years will last. As the contractor of the project Optima Services – the structural division of the Optima Group rendering services of corporate IT outsourcing acts.

The project provides service of IT infrastructure and upgrade of the structured cable network in shops and other regional objects of Eldorado network. Optima Services already started implementation of pilot phase of the project in shops of the retailer in the territory of Krasnodar Krai and the Rostov region. Upon completion of pilot phase Optima Services will start full-scale execution of the project.

Pilot phase of the project will last 1.5 months.

2013

On December 24, 2013 the Optima group announced project completion on outsourcing of IT infrastructure of Eldorado retail network.

The contractor of the project Optima Services – structural division of the Optima group acted - renders services of corporate IT outsourcing.

According to terms of the contract, Optima Services provided complex technical support in the opening shops of Eldorado network across all territory of the Russian Federation. All Optima Services provided IT support of 36 shops. Project geography: from Blagoveshchensk, Neryungri and Ulan-Ude to Makhachkala and Grozny. One of Optima Services choice reasons - experience of the outsourcer with the geographically distributed companies.

For each Eldorado shop specialists of Optima Services performed the typified volume of step-by-step works on installation, connection and setup of the IT equipment.

At the first stage specialists of Optima Services performed installation in a rack of server, network and telecommunication equipment, unpacking and assembly (connection of all components) of the PC, the periphery and office equipment, IP phones, GSM gateways, installation of cash jobs.

Then connection of network devices to SCS was executed. At the final stage setup of the equipment was carried out that gave to administrators of Eldorado the chance of remote access for setup of the router, server, automatic telephone exchange and workstations according to the IT standard of Eldorado.

Project Results
