Biography
On March 16, 2020, Victoria Bunchuk was appointed to the post of press secretary of the Domain Coordination Center.RU/.RF. Former CC spokesperson Mikhail Anisimov joined ICANN and took the position of manager for global interaction with stakeholders in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Victoria Bunchuk graduated with honors from the Faculty of Journalism of Moscow State University and has been working in the domain industry since 2007. Her first job in the industry was CJSC Regional Network Information Center (RU-CENTER), where she went from a specialist to the head of the organization's press service and editor-in-chief of the magazine Domain Names.
In 2015, Victoria Bunchuk served as press secretary of the Regional Public Organization "Center for Internet Technologies" (ROCIT). From 2016 to 2019, Victoria worked as the project manager of the Intelligent Internet Network Initiatives Support Fund, and in 2019 she moved to the.RU/.RF Domain Coordination Center as the head of social and educational projects.
From 2017 to the present, Victoria Bunchuk is the editor-in-chief of the network publication Intelligent Internet.
During her work at the CC, Victoria Bunchuk organized work on "educational and social projects aimed at improving the digital literacy of Internet users"; among them is an interactive project for schoolchildren and novice Internet users "Study the Internet - manage it."
Victoria Bunchuk also participates and represents the position of the Coordination Center within the framework of the Working Group on Child Information Security of the Public Council under the Presidential Commissioner for the Rights of the Child.
