On October 18, 2013 the Armada group signed the contract for the project of upgrade of a federal information system of the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation (FIS traffic police-M) for the benefit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Amount of contact of 119.9 million rubles. Completion date - December, 2014.

Project Tasks

The Armada company should create within a year a single centralized system of the State traffic inspectorate — FIS traffic police-M. a System should automate activities of registration and examination divisions of the State traffic inspectorate, as well as processes of office-work for administrative offenses of participants of traffic.

According to documentation of the tender, the ready-made product will have the status of developmental work (Research and Development).

As a result of implementation of a new system data exchange between divisions of the State traffic inspectorate in real time will become possible: registration of the car, deprivation of the right of driving and other events will become instantly available in any division. Speed of obtaining information on penalties for commission of administrative offenses by citizens and accounting of information on their payment will increase.
