"Text" automated sales management

On December 25, 2013 specialists announced 1C-Rarus project completion of complex automation of a trading activity of Tekst bookstore implementation of software "1C: Retail 8. Bookstore".

Project Tasks

Opening shop, the management made the decision on the organization of work with the help of a modern information system. The company selected the program which allowed to automate completely sales processes and accounting of goods. On market analysis results the management of shop selected the solution "1C: Retail 8. Bookstore".

Project Results

The software product helped to automate accounting of all transactions happening in shop: orders of goods to suppliers, goods receipts on a warehouse of shop, return of goods, inventory, cash receipts from buyers, work with acquiring systems and bank loans.

In structure "1C: Retail 8. Bookstore" an option of the notification of clients about the forthcoming actions, discounts and other promotion activities using SMS mailing. A system allows the staff of shop to set different types of discounts: on discount cards, seasonal discounts, for the amount of the check and others. All this helped Tekst bookstore to establish effective cooperation with buyers.

As a result of automation the management had in the order an opportunity of remote control of work of shop in general and each employee separately. It allows to pursue the competent HR policy and to plan a further trading activity of shop.
