On December 26, 2013 it became known - the Infotell company completed a special project on the organization and maintaining uniform "hot line" of a directory customer support of Bank of Stem Cells of Trans-Tekhnologii LLC, at the end of November, 2013.
Project Results
The round-the-clock line of acceptance of incoming calls coordinated by call center of Infotell for Bank of Stem Cells functioned for three years and became a reliable support for clients of customer company. Operators-consultants of call center worked all incoming calls professionally, received each call arriving to the line within the first 10 seconds.
The reputation of the Customer and health of citizens depended on work of contact center of Infotell.
For December 26, 2013 the project is complete. The customer highly appreciated quality of work of the Infotell command.
