The federal sall-center "Infotell" was created in 2004 in St. Petersburg.

The main activities of Infotell are the entering and outgoing telemarketing.

The entering telemarketing (Hot line, Virtual office, Service of armoring and others): for the company of the customer the phone number for round-the-clock (or on the approved individual diagram) call acceptance (812, 495 or 800) from buyers, partners, suppliers is selected. Call center operators undertake work on receiving and processing of the arriving information as from regular customers, and providing answers to questions of potential consumers. This service gives an opportunity to increase a share of loyal clients due to reduction of waiting time by lines and the operational, uninterrupted service calling the numerous operator structure of call center.
