Luxor attracts the external consultant to the analysis of business processes

On December 21, 2013 the INTALEV company announced project completion of external audit of determination of vulnerable areas of corporate management and an operational company performance of Alem Ltd.

Project Tasks

The management of the club LUXOR complex addressed to INTALEV company behind carrying out external audit, for the purpose of determination of vulnerable areas of corporate management of club and operational work, the offer of recommendations to their elimination.

Project Progress

The project was separated into three stages:

  • studying of internal documentation of club;
  • interview with the first heads and chiefs of structural divisions, SCORE analysis, SWOT analysis, analysis of key business processes, diagnostics of corporate culture;
  • development of recommendations about improvement of weaknesses, vulnerable fields of operational work, corporate management.

Implementation of recommendations of consultants INTALEV on reorganization of business processes, an organization structure, the system of motivation (including the developed KPI for some key departments), development of long-term corporate documents, such as business plan or strategy, other final recommendations of the project, should provide in the short term development and growth of strategically important indicators of a club complex.

The Kazakhstan representative office of INTALEV Group noted harmonious, productive work of a project team of ALEM LTD LLP.
