Alex Fitness uses technologies for automation of a branch network

On December 25, 2013 company "1C: The first BIT" announced project implementation of implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product in network of Alex Fitness fitness clubs. In a system 50 users work.

Project Tasks

Project objective - quality improvement of conducting document flow, reduction of time expenditure of employees at approval of documents.

"Earlier at the enterprise the automated control system was already implemented — since 2012 in network of fitness clubs the software product "BIT is successfully used . Finance: Management accounting". Therefore also implementation of the new project we entrusted already checked partners, experienced IT specialists — the staff of the company "1C: The first BIT"" — Oleg Suvorov, the director of the department of information technologies of network of Alex Fitness fitness clubs noted.

Project Results

As a result of the implementing solution "1C: Document Flow 8":

• time of approval of documents was reduced from 15-20 to 3-5 days
• the performing discipline improved - the number of cases of a delay of processes on each of stages was reduced
• an opportunity to quickly trace the list really acquainted with organizational and administrative document flow is provided
• control of accomplishment of an agreement discipline at the expense of a document access from the accounting system is adjusted.

Vladimir Kondakov, head of project department of the company "1C: The first BIT", noted: "In implementation process of the project it was succeeded to integrate two systems: 1C: Document Flow 8 and "BIT. Finance: Management accounting", having created for convenience of users a common information space with the general interface. Thanks to system implementation of electronic document management now obtaining the final version of the document takes place in network of fitness clubs in 3-5 days that in general accelerated process by 2-3 times and saves time of both non-management employees of Alex Fitness, and leadership team of the company".
