In November, 2007 the Vpiter Company selected the RNS Web.CRM system as the tool on automation internal business - processes.

The project is calculated for a period of 2 months, and in the middle of January the adapted RNS Web.CRM system will be brought into trial operation at two offices of the company which main kind of activity - acceptance of tourists from the different cities of Russia and placement them in the hotels and rental apartments surrendering by the day.

The project provides implementation of new modules and strong upgrade of standard functionality. For example, the analytical module will include many graphic reports (the diagram of load of objects, reports on work of managers with clients).

The module of document flow will be completely automated. When forming the request all necessary documents for approval will be automatically sent to the client and owners of objects by e-mail.

Administration will be brought to new level. In addition to access control to different sections and forms, the administrator will be able to manage still and access to different controls. On predvariitelny coordination with the customer, a system will include the following modules:

• Employees
• Reference books
• Clients (individual clients and organizations)
• Objects (apartments and hotels)
• Document flow (booking confirmations, requests for armoring, receipts on payment)
• Requests (including the history of the movement of the request on the lifecycle)
• Finance (cash desk, income, expenses)
• Analytics (reports)
• Administration
