On December 26, 2013 the Infotell company announced project completion for New-Ton company.

Project Progress

Within the program of increase in brand recognition of New-Ton advertizing agency and expansion of the customer base the decision - to use outgoing telemarketing as the tool and to attract outsourcing call center of Infotell to project implementation is made.

Preparation for a project startup lasted 10 working days, duration of passing of the project was 1 month. Service of the project was made in time determined by the customer.

Specially trained call center operators made calls to potential clients according to the database provided by call center with the offer to use full range of services of New-Ton advertizing agency.

Project Results

The customer is happy with quality and efficiency of the project, is ready to recommend call center of Infotell as the reliable partner on business. Project managers from the Customer estimated base as relevant and noted convenience of the reporting provided by call center.
